Key Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.
- Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
- Designing dashboards.
- Developing reference documents or reports for the finalized project.
- End to end experience in designing and deploying data visualizations using Tableau.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards by using Actions and Filters.
- Preparing Dashboards using calculations, parameters in Tableau.
- By using context filter to improve performance of Tableau report.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize the performance of Tableau dashboards and data sources.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Automate repetitive tasks related to data retrieval and reporting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Tableau dashboards, including data sources, logic, and functionality.
Qualifications
Tech Skills:
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of Tableau Server and Tableau Online administration.
- Knowledge of Tableau Prep for data preparation and transformation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data and performance issues.
Must Have:
- Relevant work experience and certifications related to Tableau
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization.
- Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
- Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.

Other Requirements:
Ready to work in Indian and EST time zone (12/1 PM IST – 9/10 PM IST) Further flexible time blocking can be created as work starts.
