We are seeking an experienced and talented Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and maintaining Salesforce applications and solutions. With hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Apex development, Data Cloud, and AI-powered solutions (including Einstein Bot, Predictive AI, Generative AI and Agentforce), the candidate will lead development efforts and contribute to project success by building and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
- Implement Einstein Bot, Predictive AI, Generative AI and Agentforce for enhanced automation and user experience.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) work for integrating Salesforce Data Cloud, AI solutions, and other new Salesforce features to demonstrate feasibility and impact.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud for unstructured data handling, Data Spaces, and AI solutions.
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs for third-party integrations.
- Lead development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality solutions.
- Work closely with clients to optimize Salesforce for business growth and improve processes like Lead to Opportunity conversion.
- Provide training and documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce Automation (Flow, Process Builder).
- Experience with Einstein Bot, Predictive AI, Generative AI and Agentforce solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and API integrations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (or equivalent certification).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
