Profile Brief:

As a Lead Gen/Sales Associate at Priorise, you will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential clients across international markets. Your role involves identifying key decision-makers, setting up appointments, and nurturing prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel. We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with strong communication and sales skills, who can effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects from international markets such as the US, UK, Canada etc.
  • Move leads from Cold to Warm and set up appointments with prospective clients.
  • Use cold calling, LinkedIn & emails as a tool to generate leads.
  • Nurture Leads – Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel and convert them into appointments.
  • Join various related groups/ forums across channels (LinkedIn/ Discord/ Whatsapp/ Slack, etc.) for lead prospecting

Qualifications

  • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • A pleasant phone voice is essential, along with strong sales skills.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field or relevant experience.
  • Should have an MBA degree.
  • Ready to work in PST time zone (3 PM to 12 AM IST).
  • Should understand the IT industry, especially decision science.

Tech Skills 

  • Strong hands-on expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo.io, etc.
