Challenge

The Global Enablement team in the client organization required help in sprint planning, as they needed constant collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement at every stage. This needed to be done with a thorough process of planning, executing and evaluating.

In addition, they were not able to perform the planning with resources at their disposal. The team had a large pool of talented individuals, but they were not utilized to their full potential. As a result, sprint planning was becoming increasingly challenging and time-consuming, leading to decreased productivity and efficiency. So, Client wanted to improve sprint planning by utilizing the full potential of the team's (Shoolin and Client) talent pool.

Objective

To enhance the client's sprint planning process by leveraging Agile and Scrum methodologies, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to improve productivity and efficiency.

Our Role

We helped the Client’s enablement team to implement cross-utilization of resources and adopt Agile and Scrum methodologies. This involved assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities. The team collaborated and shared their expertise, allowing for more efficient utilization of resources, while Agile and Scrum methodologies provided a structured framework for sprint planning and execution.
